Contributions & Abstract

NOTE

Oral presentation
Please transfer your ppt file data to a prepared PC before beginning your session using coffee breaks, lunch time.
We will prepare a Windows 7 laptop PC (office 2010) for oral presentations.
☆ Please perform virus check for your flash device before the transfer ☆
If you would like to use other OS such as Mac, please bring your PC and a connector for our projector by yourself. The prepared projector provides the 15 pin connector.

Poster presentation
The poster should be A0 size (width: 841 mm, height: 1189 mm) or smaller size.
We will prepare Skotch tape for mounting, because it is not allowed to fix posters on the panels by pins .
Please mount your poster on a poster panel with the same poster number as yours
by 1:30 pm and demount it by 6 pm.
Poster session will start at 1:30 pm.

CALL FOR CONTRIBUTIONS

  • The contributed papers are invited for oral or poster presentation on the subjects with the scope of ICFIA.
  • Scientific Sessions
  1. Advanced technologies for trace element analysis
  2. New flow-based technologies
  3. Automated and new detection systems
  4. Speciation
  5. Applications to environmental, clinical analysis, quality and process control and food safety
  • The official language of the conference will be English.

Abstract Submission

Participants are invited to submit their abstracts by August 15th, 2014.

Please USE the Microsoft Word file AsbtractForm_v2.doc as A TEMPLATE.

The length of the abstract must not exceed one A4 page (without changes on the template). Please input the name of presenter, co-authors, the title of your abstract, and email address of the presenter. Please also indicate your preference for either oral or poster presentation.
The participants will be informed by e-mail message about the acceptance of their contribution and the type of their presentation by September 1st, 2014.

If there is a need for earlier confirmation on abstract acceptance,
please contact the Conference Secretariat.

Accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts (only abstracts of registered participants will be included).

Please make sure your abstract does not contain any spelling or grammar mistakes, as it will be reproduced as submitted.
